About The Preppy Texan

As a sixth generation Texan, the history, folklore and style of this great state has been ingrained in me since birth. Classic style comes part and parcel with the Lone Star State, and the fact that it was its very own country for some time just adds to the allure of it.

When I left home and went off to college at Texas Tech University, way out in west Texas, it was there (of all places) that the style light bulb really started to shine brighter inside me.

I have been fortunate to enjoy an engaging and interesting career as an investment advisor that also allows me to balance my work and family life, and have a lot fun.

The Carolinas, a touch of New England, tethered to the classy Texan style that has always been inside me-I feel make me diverse and able to appreciate the vast dynamic of all the great folks I come in contact with.
